How to Request a Broker Change in Employee Navigator

 

Vereo Partners provides Employee Navigator access to any client that has a need for a benefit administration system.  If you already use Employee Navigator through your existing broker, you can use the below guide to move your existing Employee Navigator experience over to Vereo, resulting in no downtime for employees. 

Contact Your Current Broker 

Reach out to your current broker and request that they transfer your company to Vereo Partners in Employee Navigator. Only your current broker can initiate this transfer request. 

Provide Vereo's Information 

Vereo’s Licensee Identifier is: fd95504f-1cf2-4f1a-8826-27b7741fb97e  

Your current broker will need this to transfer your company data.  

Current Broker Submits the Request 

Your current broker will log into Employee Navigator and submit the transfer request through Company > Settings > Agency Change Request. They'll enter Vereo's Licensee Identifier to initiate the transfer. 

Vereo Accepts the Transfer 

Vereo will receive a notification and will accept the transfer request. Once accepted, your company will immediately move to Vereo’s portal with most of your data and history intact.
