About the Role
We're looking for a Benefits Systems Administrator to manage the systems and data workflows that support client benefits administration. You'll manage employee benefit system updates across Rippling, Employee Navigator, and Gusto, troubleshoot all Vereo-supported benefits administration systems, and manage complex or newly introduced enrollment processes until Plan Coordinators are fully trained. This is a collaborative, hands-on systems role for someone who values accurate configuration work, is comfortable troubleshooting with appropriate support, and is interested in creating training materials that help the rest of the team grow into these systems alongside you.
This role is open to Remote candidates in the U.S.
As a remote team member, you’ll collaborate regularly with internal partners through virtual meetings, shared documentation, and clear communication. Vereo is committed to providing reasonable accommodations throughout the application and employment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain employee benefit system updates across Rippling, Employee Navigator, and Gusto
- Troubleshoot issues across all Vereo-supported benefits administration systems
- Manage complex or newly introduced enrollment processes until Plan Coordinators are fully trained
- Build Scribe guides and training materials to train Plan Coordinators on those enrollments over time
- Configure and test carrier feed (EDI) setups for new and existing groups, coordinating directly with carriers and vendors on approval timelines
- Maintain documentation on system configurations, feed mappings, and platform-specific processes
- Partner with Relationship Managers on system-related client questions and implementation timelines
Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years of experience with HRIS, benefits administration, or payroll platforms
- Direct experience with Employee Navigator and/or Gusto strongly preferred; Rippling experience a plus
- Ability to manage technical configuration work with appropriate support and strong attention to data accuracy
- Experience or interest in creating training documentation and supporting others as they learn new systems

- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
- Experience with project management software (Asana) and CRM (Hubspot) a plus
- Working knowledge of EDI feed logic, carrier file structures, and troubleshooting integration errors
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate issues before they arise
- Experience with creating SOPs and training others
- Insurance license or willingness to obtain within 90 days

What We Offer
Salary Range: $85,000–$110,000 depending on experience

About the Role
We're looking for an Operations Coordinator who can take ownership of the day-to-day execution that keeps our client work running smoothly. You'll oversee Asana projects and deadlines, serve as the first point of contact for time-sensitive production requests, and independently produce the guides, training videos, and client communications that our team relies on. This role is built for someone who can exercise real judgment about what needs attention now, what can wait, and what should be escalated.
This is a hybrid role based in the Greater Seattle area.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Asana project and deadline tracking across client workstreams
- Produce and update client-facing guides and training videos
- Create and maintain internal process documentation
- Serve as first point of contact for time-sensitive production requests
- Draft recurring content such as newsletters and client communications using existing tools and templates
- Partner regularly with the Operations Manager to align on shifting priorities
Light Administrative Support (approximately 15% of role)
- Provide occasional calendar coordination support for Managing Partners
- Coordinate logistics for carrier events and client meetings, including ordering food and beverage
- Coordinate social media posts
- Pick up print jobs as needed
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in an operations, coordination, or project management role
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment with appropriate guidance and support
- Comfort producing written and visual content: guides, training videos, and internal communications
- Experience with Asana or similar project management tools
- Strong written communication skills and sharp attention to detail
- Flexible and willing to shift priorities during high-volume periods like Open Enrollment and Q4

- Experience creating SOPs and supporting team training
